Scope, trades, permits and inspections, coordinated by one accountable company. Holding general contracting, master plumbing and pool/spa credentials matters most when a project crosses systems. We are based in Sarasota and work from Tampa to Punta Gorda: Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, North Port, Lakewood Ranch and the nearby Southwest Florida communities.

Our specialty: difficult property situations
Expired or incomplete permits
We research what was pulled, what was closed and what was never inspected, then bring the paperwork and the building back into line.
Red-tag corrections
A stop-work notice needs a licensed contractor who can diagnose the violation, fix it properly and get the inspector back out.
Inspection punch lists
Failed finals, open items and re-inspections, worked through in order until the certificate is issued.
Takeover of unfinished construction
When a builder walks away, we assess what is sound, what has to come out, and plan the path to completion with a real budget.

ZsP Construction has been building since 2003, first on the West Coast and now on the Gulf Coast, in Sarasota since 2014. We take a project from the site itself, grading, drainage, pavers and landscaping, through structure, plumbing, pool and interior finish, without handing it to a chain of subcontractors.
